guys come on look at the first fight brock was well.. beating the living shit out of him and then what does brock do give mir his leg, i dont think he is going to do that again he is not dumb and he is not the champ for no reason

why is it that both Couture and Ken Shamrock have lost so many fights, and yet they are in the UFC hall of fame? I guess primarily because they were a couple of the first UFC champions. I think fighters with much more impressive records should be in the hall of fame, like Matt Hughes.

so you think Mir’s gonna win? considering how well he did in his last two fights, it is possible for Lesnar to get a KO/TKO on Mir, considerin hi style and how he mauled him in their first fight.

Mirr beat a new brock , brock gave him a leg also, mirr is lucky the ref. pulled him off the first time wich allowed mirr to recover. mirr is at his peak and brock is still learning the next fight brock will be another whole monster with more skill when lesner hits his peak whatch out heavywieghts might want to cut to 205 lol.

People say Lesnar’s performance against Herring showed he’s got great cardio and stamina. But, Lesnar was sucking air many times in that fight and needed to take breaks, between flurries of activity, by simply laying on top of the completely inactive Herring.

Mir will make Brock stay busy, even if Mir isn’t landing shots, by doing just enough to always have Brock thinking he’s working for a sub. Brock will stay TOO busy and will mentally and physically tire enough for Mir to slap that sub.

Mir’s standup looked great, but Nog’s standup was Pure Shitt, so don’t give Mir too much credit. I liked how Mir threw his punches and was surprised to see Nog drop so many times, but don’t expect Lesnar to stand flat-footed in front of Mir and then back straight away from Mir when he took a punch. This fundamentally wrong approach by Nog allowed Mir to shine …. and he did.

Randy has won a bunch of and fight AND lost a bunch of fights. Randy is/was brawler, dirty boxer when standing and grinder from the top when on the floor. Couture was definitely skilled at holding a guy against the fence and then holding and mauling him on the floor, but was never considered to be a highly skilled fighter, never. Like Brock, his amazing athleticism gave him the advantage. Randy’s conditioning was always great, but I can’t make that comparison with Lesnar.

i feel like brock really hasnt proved much
his stamina was horrible in the randy fight
if mir can last till the 4th or 5th round
i thinki mir will come out on top

I think Brock will beat you this time. He learned a lot from his match with you. Brock is THE STRONGEST out there and also has a incredible sense of balance and stability. I think Brock needs some submission holds in his arsenal though.

the question is though can mir beat him standing? because like mir said i don’t think he can take brock down.

so you’re saying Randy Couture isn’t a skilled fighter?

“realistically,” an actual skilled fighter will take lesnar’s belt in a heartbeat without a problem.

“realisticly” brock is 50 times better than their last fight

At this point in Nog’s career there is NO way that Brock would NOT eventually catch Nog and put him down.. Nog doesn’t have the best athletism anymore.. and his chin is not as good as it used to be.. I am sure there will be people who thin this is all BS but if Nog and Brock fought i would bet any of you a grand on it..

he has really improved his standup ability considering he did something that no other fighter has done. he pretty much TKO’d nogueira in there last fight. a guy that would kill brock lesnar pound for pound.

brock was breaking 1 of the rules. you can’t hammer fist fighters in the back of the head after the ref is constantly warning you. if he only listened the fight would”ve continued.

don’t get me wrong though…Not taking anything away from brock..i’m just speaking from a realistic point of view. i can understand if brock was in there fighting in a straight up boxing match. but fact is he isn’t. this is mma where guys way bigger then brock and more skillful have failed to beat the smaller guys.

Are you stupid… the reason they have lost so many fights is cause they have held on to long past their prime. Other than that yes they have lost alot but it only takes 1 lucky hit for the fight to be over, but they look at the fights they won and they have beat some of the other greats in the game. they also look at what they gave back to the UFC. They very mu8ch deserve to be in the hall of fame. Also to get in the hall of fame you have to be retired for awhile before they consider you…. thats why hughes isnt there yet
